On-the-Day set-up and style

You’ve done all the planning and organising, and know exactly how you want your event to look and feel. The venue is booked, caterer selected, florist, stationery and cake are all ordered; and you have even hired your furniture… But now the big day is rapidly approaching, and you really don’t want to be rushing around setting up, dealing with last minute issues, and making sure everything is perfect. You have better things to do!
No worries. Relax with that glass of bubbly and leave it to us!
Our On-the-Day set-up and style package is available to all clients who have hired a minimum of $250 from the Trove hire range, and is designed specifically to give you the day off so you can truly enjoy every moment and revel in the success of your planning.
The package includes:
An initial meeting with you, ideally at your chosen venue, to discuss your plans and get a full understanding of what you want to achieve. Together we will talk through every detail of your day, from timings and layout through to the smallest finishing touches, so we can help you bring your plans to life.
You will provide all the contact details for your venue, caterers, florist, cake decorator, furniture and lighting hire, so we can coordinate their deliveries and set-up schedules according to your on-the-day timings. This gives you a single point of contact – us!
We will also address any styling challenges or dilemmas you are struggling with. Trove is happy to provide advice and offer suggestions to ensure you achieve the look and feel you want. After all, even the most organised bride or event planner can sometimes get stuck!
Trove will draw up floor plans for your approval, detailing where furniture, large items, lighting and floral arrangements are to be placed on-the-day. A running-sheet will also be prepared after consultation with both you and your suppliers, and distributed to all involved; so we all know exactly when deliveries are due to arrive and can arrange access to the venue, if required.
We are happy to arrange a further meeting with you closer to the day to double-check or clarify any details for you.
On the big day itself, we will take over completely and leave you to relax! We will work with your additional suppliers as they arrive to coordinate deliveries, make sure they have everything they need and ensure all items are in place. We will set-up any additional pieces and furniture, and triple-check over all the details to ensure everything looks amazing!
If post-event pack down is required, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The On-the-Day set-up and style package includes the services of one stylist. Additional stylists may be required depending on the complexity of the set-up and will incur extra charges. Any such requirements will be confirmed with you following the initial meeting.
